The site on Carnwath Road includes Whiffin Wharf, Hurlingham Wharf and the Carnwath Road Industrial Estate. It is the area earmarked by Thames Water as its preferred site for the ‘Super Sewer’.

a further scheme was lodged in 2012 that is still pending , presumably affected by the progress of The Tideway Tunnel or Super Sewer.

753m2 of restaurant use
121m2 of offices
175m2 for canoe club D2 use .
Also included is an extension of the Thames path,89 basement parking spaces and public open space
