The site on Carnwath Road includes Whiffin Wharf, Hurlingham Wharf and the Carnwath Road Industrial Estate.  It is the area earmarked by Thames Water as its preferred site for the ‘Super Sewer’.

210m2 of B1 office use

a further scheme was lodged in 2012 that is still pending , presumably affected by the progress of The Tideway Tunnel or Super Sewer.

The scheme pending seems to be considerably smaller and includes

 

148 flats within buildings ranging from 5-9 storeys

98m2 of retail space

753m2 of restaurant use

121m2 of offices

175m2 for canoe club D2 use .

Also included is an extension of the Thames path,89 basement parking   spaces and public open  space
