March 2017 update
It is understood that a new development team is being appointed to look at a revised scheme afresh
February 2016 update: TfL have withdrawn their application and will revise their scheme in the light of concerns raised about the scale of the development and the impact on existing businesses. An amended proposal will be submitted later in 2016.
Transport for London has identified Parsons Green Depot as a site that can now be developed following the decision to re-route that the Chelsea Hackney line. A significant area of 1.26 hectares following the Northern Boundary of the District Line from Parsons Green to Barclay Road residents will know it as the car pound and the home to many local businesses (including The French House and The Andrew Bridge Club).
The Architects Maccreanor Lavington have begun to detail proposals that will be submitted to the planners in May 2016 .
