November 2018 update 

Capco has problems. It has sold Lillie Square and the Empress State Building. The Council is trying to regain control of the Gibbs Green and West Kensington estates. Apparently Capco is in ‘discussion’ to sell the whole development to a Hong Kong based  billionaire.

Detailed designs of Exhibition Square – the gateway to the Earls Court development from Warwick Road will be on public display. The developers will be asking for your views on the proposals for two new buildings and new public space, at a public exhibition in September.

The exhibition will be held at the Earls Court Project Rooms, 16-18 Empress Place, London, SW6 1TT at the times below:
· Thursday 8th September | 1.00pm – 7.00pm
· Friday 9th September |1.00pm – 7.00pm
· Saturday 10th September | 10.00am – 4.00pm

Members of the development team will be on hand to answer questions and there will be a chance for you to provide feedback on the proposals.
