Arogan House on Parsons Green was bought by City Pubs in October 2017 and rather enticingly ever since the building has been largely hidden behind a hoarding.
The building is grade 2 listed and therefore the owners will be working with the heritage officer as well as the planners to make sense of what is a handsome but awkward building . The top floor head height internally is extremely low and it is quite possible with a listed building that the roof will have to stay exactly where it has been since 1805 .
There is no planning application on the H&F planning portal as yet
‘City Pubs’ has 44 pubs across the South of England in university towns and 21 London pubs . There are 4 pubs in development including Aragon House .
