The larger scheme  reference 2018/01638/FUL that extends to 2,4 and 5  storeys that was turned down last year  won consent  at appeal  in August – the original  appeal was postponed as the meeting was not properly attended . The larger scheme has attracted significant opposition from neighbours .Recommended for approval by planning officers the scheme was turned down by the planning committee.

The new office buildings will provide 60,278 ft2 of modern office accommodation in Fulham, close to Putney Bridge tube . According to Marek Wojciechowski Architects web site it is hoped that building work will start in 2020

Planning permission  was granted in 2017  for a smaller scheme with 2 and 3 storey buildings  reference 2017/04609/FUL

A planning application was lodged in July 2017  (2017/02950) to demolish and rebuild this former bus garage, more recently used by Charles Ivey for the sale of Porsche Cars, into  office buildings, with flexible retail /restaurant  use on part of the ground floor.

This  site is in the Hurlingham Conservation Area. The eastern end of the original building (which is on the Local List of historic buildings, will be retained and refurbished..
