Permitted development rights were consented in July 2017 to convert the existing building in to 16 self contained flats over the basement, ground,first and second floors.

reference 2017/02563/PF56. Permitted development requires that the building ‘envelope’ must remain.

A previous scheme submitted in June 2017 to demolish part of the building , retain office use to part and construct  two new residential units  of 1 x 2 bed and 1 x 3 bed

is still pending   : reference 2017/01837/FUL

A previous Permitted Development scheme submitted in March 2017 was refused.
