July 2020 – Delancey, the new owners of the site appoint the principal architects for the Earls Court development. No details are yet available of their plans.

Capital & Counties (Capco), the original developers of this site sold the land to Delancey, another property company, at the end of 2019. The West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estates have reverted back to Council ownership. These two estates off North End Road contain 760 homes housing around 2,000 people and residents had been campaigning hard for them to be taken back into Council ownership.

Architects Studio Egret West and Hawkins/Brown have been appointed the principal masterplan architects for the Earls Court development. No details are yet available of Delancey’s plans.

Following a consultation in 2020, the Fulham Society wrote to both the developer and the architects. A copy can be seen here.
