Martin’s Properties have recently put in a new application for a large office building to replace the 1960s office block at the top of Peterborough Road (Ref 2020/02668/FUL).
With a set of stepped roofs going from two storeys to five storeys tall, it will provide 40,000 square feet of new office space.
