Refinery Building, Manbré Wharf, Chancellors Road

July 2019 – Plans submitted for extensions to this commercial building.

A planning application (ref 2018/04016/FUL) https://public-access.lbhf.gov.uk/online-applications/simpleSearchResults.do?action=firstPage has been submitted for a two storey and a six storey extension to this building, mainly on the river side. The grassy area between the building and the river walk is to be retained with the grass hillocks removed. The railings along the towpath will be retained but the gates leading to Chancellors Road are to be widened, making the area more visibly available to the public.
