Lots Road Auctions and Car Pound granted approval for a major development.

On 16th.December 2025 the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea granted planning consent for a development of 274 homes together with 2015 m2 of flexible workspace.

The development site is approximately one third in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham who also granted planning consent on 10th March 2026.

The residential element contains 118 social homes for rent and also includes 65 ‘extra care’ homes for the vulnerable.

The development is largely car free and comprises five blocks ranging in height from five storeys to thirteen storeys. The tallest buildings are to the rear of the adjacent to the railway line.

Demolition will shortly commence.
