Co-Living Possibly Coming to Fulham.
The former Hitchcock and King premises in Carnwarth Road has recently been bought by Espalier Ventures.
As an aside this is the last builder’s merchants to close in this area are Jewsons closed a couple of years ago.
Espalier are proposing around three hundred high quality co-living rooms, twenty-one communal kitchen and dining stations together with coommunal space.
The building will be a maximum of seven storeys.
A public exhibition of the scheme took place in July last year and the developer was targeting a planning application in early 2026 although that has not yet transpired.
Now what is co-Living?
Co-Living is a modern form of shared housing where residents have individual private un-suite rooms alongside high quality shared spaces, such as kitchens, lounges, gyms and workspaces.
We await developments.
